Creativio promised ads, and delivered nothing but server errors

Creativio promised to create advertisement ready images for ecommerce, by generating studio quality imagery from a sample product picture and ai powered background creation. The founder, Adrian Isfan, created well produced advertisements and marketing materials, giving a solid demonstration of the product and exuding trust by their presentation, and for an initial low offer of $27 for a lifetime license on November of 2023, it became a low entry investment of something that could be a valuable tool for ecommerce business owners. 

Service was very spotty from conception, but when I tried to refund the service withing the return period, the founded offered an upgraded account instead of issuing a refund if the buyer agreed with the offer. LTD buyers understand that the products are usually far from perfect, but they buy into the trust on the founder and promises of a bright future for the product.

Fast-forwarding to late 2025, all you will get from Creativio is a red error message, with no support on sight to address the platform status. But they will be happy to still sell you an upgrade.

Users report that creativio.ai site are experiencing errors such as "processing tasks" failures and site downtime, but no specific official statement or patch notes directly address these exact issues. Since conception of the application there were reoccurring server errors and “Ai credits errors” for insufficient balance from Creativio. The service worked at times, but for months now no action is responding leaving the users and Discord community feeling they were stiffed by the company and founder.

People who have bought Creativio have some strong opinions and the general feeling from the Discord community is that they were defrauded, with no official response from Creativio about the issues that users are facing.
